    By enrolling in the aaero Edge™ Insider Membership, you (“Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms of Membership as set forth by aaero LLC (“Organization”).

    1. Membership Commitment & Participation

    • While no long-term commitment is required, we strongly encourage a 12-month participation period to reap the full benefits of this program.
    • Engaging consistently in training, networking, and discussions will maximize the value of your membership.
    • Membership is non-transferable and for individual use only.

    2. Membership Fees & Cancellations

    • Membership is billed at $29/month or $290/year (if paid annually).
    • Members may cancel anytime; however, no refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
    • If a member cancels and later re-enrolls, they will be subject to any new pricing or updated terms at the time of rejoining.

    3. Code of Ethics & Conduct

    All members must adhere to the aaero Edge™ Code of Ethics, which includes:

    • Treating fellow members, speakers, and event participants with respect and professionalism.
    • Refraining from negative discussions about other members, businesses, or competitors.
    • Giving more than you receive—be an active participant and contribute to discussions, support, and networking.
    • Using aaero Edge™ resources ethically and responsibly.

    Failure to uphold these values may result in membership suspension or termination.

    4. Confidentiality & Insider Information

    • Members agree that all exclusive content, training materials, discussions, and shared information within aaero Edge™ Insider are confidential.
    • Information gained through membership may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed for personal or business gain outside of aaero Edge™.
    • No unauthorized recordings, cell phone photos, or screenshots may be taken during closed-door meetings, events, or training sessions without prior approval.

    5. Use of aaero Edge™ Branding & Membership Representation

    • Membership does not grant permission to use the aaero Edge™ or aaero LLC logos, trademarks, or branding for personal promotion, unless specifically authorized in writing.
    • Members may identify as an aaero Edge™ Insider Member, but may not imply any formal endorsement, partnership, or leadership role within aaero LLC unless formally recognized.

    6. Program Changes & Updates

    • aaero LLC reserves the right to modify the membership structure, benefits, pricing, or terms at any time.
    • Members will be notified of any material changes, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    7. Termination of Membership

    • aaero LLC may revoke membership if a member is found to be in violation of the Code of Ethics, confidentiality rules, or engaging in behavior harmful to the cooperative.
    • No refunds will be issued if a membership is terminated due to a violation of these terms.

    8. Agreement & Acceptance

    By submitting payment and joining aaero Edge™ Insider, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the aaero Edge™ Insider Membership Terms & Agreement.
